Warranty: We have no formal warranty policy as the IC Pump Station control unit is fully tested and very reliable. By far the most common failure has been lightning damage. No one has ever paid one penny for a defective IC Pump Station control unit.

Installations

Typical VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) installation
Left: 15 HP Centrifugal pump. Middle: IC Pump Station control unit. Right: Variable Frequency Drive

This installation runs a standard, off-the-shelf 15 hp three phase motor from 240 volt single phase power. The pressure is regulated and the pump motor smoothly "ramps up" to the necessary speed. Not Required: Pump panels, Phase converters, Soft starts and pressure regulating valves.

Below: 40 HP Centrifugal pump pumping out of a pond at Palo Verde Golf Course, Phoenix, AZ. Square D VFD is controlled by the IC Pump Station control unit (black box upper center).

Below: 2 HP mult-stage centrifugal pump at high end home. This system is very efficient and capable of providing 35 Gallons per minute at 75 PSI. The IC Pump Station control also keeps a storage tank full simply by measuring the pressure at the bottom of the tank.
